The development team of Mento, an EVM-compatible stablecoin platform on Celo, Mento Labs, has completed a $10 million financing round. T-Capital, HashKey Capital, Richard Parsons, Flori Ventures, No Limit Holdings, Verda Ventures and w3.fund participated in the investment.
Mento also released a stablecoin roadmap outlining the addition of local currency stablecoins PUSO (Philippines), cCOP (Colombia) and cGHS (Ghana) to its decentralized stablecoin list.
