Sonic Labs co-founder: decentralization is difficult to monetize, and difficult to do so
On October 11, Andre Cronje, co-founder of Sonic Labs (formerly Fantom), tweeted, “Investors and businesses want to be centralized. Decentralization is difficult to monetize and very difficult. The future will see many DApps become L2s and eventually (when they get tired of managing them) decentralize and become L1s. just like many L1s will become L2s until they need to decentralize and become L1s again. let fragmentation continue. Compared to all the technology concepts I've learned, I think monolitic is the winner.
