Puffer announces PUFFER token economics: total supply of 1 billion, with 7.5% used for the first quarter airdrop
According to official news, Ethereum's re-pledging protocol Puffer Finance has announced the economics of the PUFFER token, with a total supply of 1 billion (initial supply is 102,300,000), of which 7.5% will be used for the first season airdrop of Crunchy Carrot Quest. The airdrop claim period is from October 14th, 2024 to January 14th, 2025 and the snapshot for airdrop eligibility was taken on October 5th, 2024.
As part of Protocol Guild Pledge, one percent of the total PUFFER supply will support Ethereum core development over four years. In addition to this allocation: ecosystem and community distribution accounts for forty percent; second season airdrops account for five point five percent; early contributors and advisors account for twenty percent; investors' share stands at twenty-six percent.
