ZachXBT accuses Zion Thomas of manipulating the Meme coin market

On October 7th, blockchain investigator ZachXBT accused crypto influencer Zion "Ansem" Thomas of manipulating the Meme coin market and conducting "push-up and sell-off" operations.

On October 5th, ZachXBT and Thomas had a heated argument on the X platform. ZachXBT accused Thomas of promoting the low-cap Solana Meme coin.

ZachXBT mentioned that Thomas used his more than 507,000 fan base to promote low-cap tokens, causing many followers to lose money.

Thomas countered that the rise of his recommended Dogwifhat (WIF) from $100,000 to $4.80 billion was better than promoting utility tokens.

ZachXBT retaliated by claiming that Thomas promoted hundreds of low-cap coins, including BODEN, HOBBES, ZEUS, and WYNN, whose market values have all plummeted.

Supporters of Meme coin believe that the return rate of such tokens is higher than that of utility tokens, while critics believe that Meme coin is essentially "exploitative".
