Broadcom is currently in talks to raise between 70 and 80 billions USD in debt financing to support chip procurement needs for AI companies such as Anthropic. The proposed financing will be structured in tiers, with a senior tranche of approximately 45 billions USD and a subordinated tranche of around 35 billions USD.
