Fortune: Terraform Labs can’t pay $4.47 billion SEC fine
Bloomberg's previous report on Terraform Labs paying $4.47 billion to the US Securities and Exchange Commission was "shoddy" because the SEC may only receive a small portion of the fine or may not receive the full amount. It is reported that Terraform Labs is already bankrupt and almost out of money, and it is still unclear whether Do Kwon still owes the $204 million judgment.
