Here are the new interest rate discounts and limit multipliers:

| 3 | 0.94 | 1.16 |
| 4 | 0.91 | 1.33 |
| 5 | 0.88 | 1.66 |
| 6 | 0.85 | 1.7 |
| 7 | 0.9 | 1.74 |

Effective date
