DefiLlama founder: The Block's report that "friend.tech will airdrop tokens on May 5" is fake news
DefiLlama founder 0xngmi posted on X platform stating that The Block seems to have been misled by fraudulent replies to a post by friend.tech's official account, and reported it as fact. Earlier reports stated that friend.tech planned to airdrop FRIEND tokens worth $5 million to thousands of users on Sunday, a few days later than originally planned. These tokens will be distributed to 6,000 wallets on May 5th.
