SEC Issues Wells Notice to Consensys
According to a post by The Block Pro Headlines on the X platform, the U.S. SEC issued a Wells Notice to Consensys alleging that MetaMask is operating as an unbranded merchant. Both sides reported about half an hour ago that Consensys sued the U.S. SEC for attempting to return ETH as a security.
