PANews reported on April 22, according to Spot On Chain, the multi-signature address 0xbba (possibly MakerDAO) has been transferring MKR out before the price drops. In the past two weeks, this multi-signature address has almost daily sent MKR to Wintermute Trading, sending a total of 4,535 MKR (worth $14.4 million) within two weeks. Subsequently, Wintermute Trading deposited these MKRs into CEXs like Binance, Coinbase or Kraken.

Now, this multi-signature still holds 21,928 MKR (worth $65.8 million), and may transfer more tokens.
