Borderless Capital acquires quant firm CTF Capital
Borderless Capital has announced the acquisition of quantitative trading firm CTF Capital to expand its technology capabilities, including "AI-driven" investment abilities, and to enter the Latin American market. Assets managed by CTF Capital will be integrated into Borderless Capital's flagship $100 million hedge fund. Borderless Capital also plans to open a Latin American headquarters in Argentina.
