API3 seeks DAO approval for 4 million USDC private strategic financing
According to Wu Talk, the oracle project API3 put forward a proposal to seek DAO approval for a round of private strategic financing of 4 million USDC, led by DWF Labs, with participation from Spartan Group, Laser Digital (Nomura Securities) and Caladan (formerly AlphaLab). The funds are intended to provide liquidity for the development and marketing of the API3 OEV network and its mainnet launch, as well as further dApp and chain integration. The round offers a discounted locked allocation of 1,423,500 API3 tokens, with a 12-month linear unlocking period following a 6-month lock-up period.
