Spot On Chain monitoring shows that the new wallet 0xc7e has withdrawn 39.93 million GMT (12.1 million US dollars) from Binance at a price of about 0.303 US dollars in the past 45 minutes, reportedly becoming the largest non-team/CEX holding wallet for GMT.
