U.S. stocks opened, blockchain sector generally fell
U.S. stocks opened, with the Dow Jones Industrial Average rising about 50 points, the SP 500 Index falling 0.18%, and the Nasdaq Composite Index falling 0.46%. Xpeng Motors (XPEV.N) opened up nearly 5% after the results, and its Q4 net loss narrowed; Super Micro Computer (SMCI.O) fell more than 10%, and the company planned to issue an additional 2 million ordinary shares. The U.S. blockchain sector generally fell, with MicroStrategy (MSTR.O) falling more than 11%, Coinbase (COIN.O) falling nearly 7%, and Riot Platforms (RIOT.O) falling more than 4%.
