Vitalik Buterin advocates for the decentralized fee market ERC-4337
Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin reiterated the importance of Account Abstraction (AA) becoming increasingly popular with ERC-4337 on social media. Throughout February, there was a significant surge in activity for ERC-4337, with an astonishing 2.989 million transactions executed across multiple chains. Impressively, the number of active AA accounts soared to 945,000, with 845,000 new accounts added and adoption reaching an all-time high. Vitalik emphasized the decentralized fee market provided by ERC-4337 and highlighted its role in facilitating user operations within smart contract wallets.

Winbond Electronics has initiated an early expansion plan for Module B at its Lujhu plant in Kaohsiung, with construction expected to begin in 2027 and equipment installation in 2029. Customer capacity negotiations have already been scheduled through 2029 to 2030. The institution believes that AI-driven demand for storage will “continue for quite a long time.” In addition, Winbond has invested approximately 4 billion yuan in the silicon capacitor production line, with mass production expected as early as 2027.
