Uniswap v4 will be launched in the third quarter of 2024 after Ethereum's Dencun upgrade. The Uniswap Foundation stated that it is currently in the "code freeze" stage, working on completing core code, testing, gas optimization, security enhancement and finalizing peripheral devices.

According to the Uniswap Foundation, the third quarter of 2024 is a tentative date. The actual timing may change depending on the status of Ethereum's upcoming Dencun upgrade.
