ConsenSys' Layer2 network Linea has launched Alpha v2 version on the mainnet, which includes data compression and proof aggregation functions. The final cost of L1 per confirmation is 90% lower than Alpha v1, and it has 100% EVM coverage. In addition, EIP-4844 will be activated on March 13th, and the team is preparing for this upgrade.
