Fox Reporter: U.S. SEC wins to force Ripple to file its financial report
On 6 February, Fox reporter Eleanor Terrett said in a social media post that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) won motions to compel Ripple to file its 2022-2023 financial statements, a post-complaint contract for the regulator's sale of XRP, and questions about the amount of revenue it receives from institutional sales of XRP.
