Stand with Crypto: At least 18 senators in the United States support cryptocurrency

According to the latest data from non-profit advocacy organization Stand with Crypto, there are at least 18 senators in the United States who support cryptocurrency. Among them, Republican senators Cynthia Lummis and Ted Burr are currently the most supportive politicians of cryptocurrency in the US Senate. Lummis has advocated for 8 crypto bills and made 184 public statements regarding cryptocurrency, while Burr has introduced 8 bills and made 24 statements. Republicans Ted Cruz and Bill Hagerty have collectively proposed 5 bills and made 92 statements. Out of the 18 senators who hold a favorable position towards cryptocurrency, 14 are Republicans, while only 4 are Democrats. However, it is reported that a total of 30 senators strongly oppose cryptocurrency, with 23 being Democrats, 5 being Republicans, and two being independents.
