According to Scopescan data, up to now, there have been 21,645 transactions claiming 87.04 million ALT coins (29% of the total supply of 300 million ALT). The largest claiming address is from the unmoved address 0x8a (with 650,000 ALT).
However, out of the top 10 recipients, 8 have already deposited their ALT into exchanges or sold them.
