SEC Commissioner Hester Peirce said in an interview that the SEC won't repeat the delays on the ethereum ETF: "That's not the way we approve, and we shouldn't have to wait for the courts to accuse us of doing it 'arbitrarily and capriciously,' the SEC should be able to make the right decision," she said
