Dymension announces the token economic model: initial supply of 1 billion tokens, inflation rate will be dynamically adjusted based on the staking ratio
Cosmos ecological modular settlement layer Dymension announces the token economic model, with an initial supply of 1 billion DYM tokens and an initial issuance of 8%. Among them, 5% is allocated to the community pool, 8% is allocated for airdrops, 14% is allocated to investors, and 20% each is allocated to core developers and the ecosystem. The incentive program receives a distribution of 33%.
In addition, the protocol dynamically adjusts the inflation rate of DYM based on the actual staking ratio. When the staked proportion of DYM in the protocol is below 67%, the inflation rate will gradually increase until it reaches a maximum inflation rate of 10% or achieves the staking target. When the staking ratio reaches the target of 67%, the inflation rate remains unchanged. When it exceeds 67%, the inflation rate will gradually decrease. This adjustment will continue until it reaches a minimum inflation rate of 1% or achieves the staking target.
