Marinade: 466,000 MNDE tokens have been claimed erroneously. Earn Season 2 will start this week

Marinade, the automatic staking platform in the Solana ecosystem, announced via a tweet that due to an error in the Earn Season 1 rewards calculation script, 466,000 MNDE were mistakenly claimed. The second season is planned to start this week.

To prevent further impact, the claim process has been temporarily suspended. For unclaimed MNDEs, suspension has been lifted after repair. For incorrect claims, Marinade team took the following measures:

- Overpayment: Core contributors will withdraw 466K MNDE from approved MNDE budget and return it to treasury to protect MNDE holders.

- Underpayment: 4,962 MNDE will be distributed among 6,235 affected wallets to make up for their reward difference.
