Former Bloomberg analyst: By 2025, cryptocurrencies are expected to account for 20% of the market value of technology stocks
Former Bloomberg Intelligence analyst Jamie Coutts CMT posted on X platform that by the end of 2025, technology stocks are expected to account for 25% of the total global stock market value, a doubling from the past decade. At the same time, by 2025, cryptocurrencies are expected to represent 20% of the market capitalization of technology stocks (increasing fivefold within five years).
Coutts believes that at least in the next 1-2 years, technology stocks and cryptocurrencies may become the largest holdings in investment portfolios until there is a shift in liquidity cycles.
