The Dow Jones closed down 0.2%, the Nasdaq fell 0.28%, and the S&P 500 declined 0.17%. Among the most actively traded stocks, SanDisk rose 7.39%, Micron Technology increased by 2.3%, Nvidia dropped 0.06%, and Tesla gained 0.68%.

Berkshire Hathaway liquidated its holdings in Constellation Brands (STZ) in the second quarter; reduced its positions in Kroger (KR), Capital One Financial (COF), Nucor (NUE), Ally Financial (ALLY), and DaVita (DVA). The company increased its holdings in Alphabet A (GOOGL), Alphabet (GOOG), Delta Air Lines (DAL), Lennar (LEN), and Macy's (M).
