Terraform Labs Co-Founder Appeals Extradition Decision in Montenegro Court
Do Kwon, co-founder of Terraform Labs, has made a final appeal against a Montenegrin court's decision to extradite him to either the United States or South Korea. The appeal was officially lodged by Kwon's lawyers after the High Court of Podgorica approved the extradition order on November 24. The Montenegrin Ministry of Justice will now re-examine the order and make a final decision by December 15. Kwon, who was arrested in Montenegro in March, has expressed a preference to be extradited to South Korea.
