Merit Circle acquires stake in Latin American organization Snackclub
Gaming guild Merit Circle has announced the acquisition of shares in Snackclub, a Latin American organization specializing in user acquisition, influencer marketing, and esports. Snackclub has also joined the game subnetwork Beam Beam. As part of the acquisition, Merit Circle will gain ownership of Snackclub.
In addition, Merit Circle will receive token distribution previously reserved for the Snackclub team, which will be used to incentivize games in the DAO investment portfolio.
