According to Twitch co-founder Emmett Shear, who previously accepted the invitation of OpenAI's board of directors to serve as interim CEO, regarding Sam Altman's return to OpenAI: "After about 72 hours of intense work, I am deeply happy with this result. When I entered OpenAI, I was unsure what the right path was. This is about maximizing safety and ensuring all stakeholders act correctly. I am pleased to be a part of the solution."It is worth mentioning that Emmett Shear's social media introduction has been changed to former interim CEO of OpenAI.
