Railgun DAO allocates $365,000 to help Harmony recover hacked funds
Railgun DAO community recently sent $365,000 worth of ETH to support Harmony in helping it recover its Horizon Bridge. Last year, hackers stole $100 million from Harmony's bridge protocol. Railgun is a DeFi privacy protocol managed by a decentralized community of the same name. The donation began with an automatic execution proposal submitted to Railgun governance by an anonymous user. The automatic execution proposal does not require higher-powered DAO members to operate. Once the DAO votes, the smart contract code in the proposal will be triggered for immediate execution.
