According to Lookonchain, the 0x9e03 address whale bought another 84 million TURBOs for $50,000 USDC after the price of TURBOs dropped. he bought a total of 1.47 billion TURBOs for $1.03 million, with an average purchase price of $0.0006993.
The whale had made a$14.5 million on PEPE.
