公認会計士、税理士、認定経営革新等支援機関。あずさ監査法人で11年間、上場企業監査や内部統制、会計・税務・経営管理支援に従事。その後、ジャスミー株式会社CFOとして、独自暗号資産の上場および利活用を推進し、日本発プロジェクトとしてCoinbase、Binance等の主要グローバル取引所への上場を主導。2026年、株式会社リミックスポイントに参画し、社長室担当部長としてWeb3・ブロックチェーンを活用した新規事業の立ち上げを推進。同年6月には取締役候補に選任され、就任後はデジタルアセットマネジメント事業を管掌予定。暗号資産、資本市場、事業開発、ガバナンスを横断する実務経験を強みに、同社のWeb3事業展開を牽引する。
WebX2025で得た手応え
昨年得られた主な手応えや、WebX2025出展での来場者の反響についてお聞かせください。
昨年は、暗号資産領域の最前線で活躍する企業の皆様との連携を深めるとともに、当社のビジョンを広く発信する貴重な機会として参画いたしました。会期中は国内外を問わず、本当に多くの方々に当社ブースへ足を運んでいただき、非常に大きな手応えを感じました。
なかでも、安定した既存事業を基盤に持ちながら、戦略的に暗号資産を保有・運用している企業としての認知が大きく広がったと実感しております。実際にイベント終了後も、多くの皆様と継続的なコミュニケーションをとらせていただき、WebXへの継続的な参加の大きな原動力となっております。
ビットコイン財務の広がりと、自社が担う役割
来年のWeb3業界をどのように予測されていますか。その中で貴社はどのような役割を担っていきたいとお考えですか。
これから現金の価値が下がっていくことが予測されるなか、ビットコインはその価値を補強し得る、より安定した資産になっていくと考えています。その中で、上場企業が余剰金をビットコインとして保管し、それを戦略的に財務に利用していく動きが広がっていくと見ています。
当社としては、そうした領域におけるリーディングカンパニー的な役割を担っていきたいと考えています。こうした先進的な取り組みを通じて、新しい株主の皆様に出会えることにも非常に大きな意義を感じています。
当社は、既存事業とのシナジーを重視しており、当社ならではの独自の役割やポジションを確立していきたいと考えております。
ディープテック戦略と新メディア「DEEP POINT.」
Web3関連事業において、今後1年間で注力する領域や新規プロジェクトについてお聞かせください。
ベースとして「ディープテック」の可能性を模索するため、まずは新メディア「DEEP POINT.（ディープポイント）」の展開に最も注力してまいります。これは単なる「メディア開設」ではなく「Deep Tech Growth Platform」として運営していきます。AI・半導体・Web3・核融合・宇宙・電力を横断するディープテック投資・事業創出企業を目指しております。
次に見据えているのが、法人向けトークンおよび企業ウォレット事業です。2027年4月の犯収法改正に伴い本人認証の厳格化が進むと、相手の特定が難しい従来のウォレットは、事業化が難しくなると見ています。そのため当社は、取引相手を明確に特定できる企業向けウォレットの開発を現在進めています。これと並行し、専門知識がなくても簡単に導入できる「企業内トークン」の展開も進めていく方針です。
再ブランディングへの挑戦とWebX2026参画の理由
WebX2026のプラチナスポンサーとして参画を決めた理由と、イベントへの期待をお聞かせください。
まず参画の理由ですが、一言で申し上げればリミックスポイントの「イメージからの脱却」と「新たなブランディングの訴求」です。
当社はかつて『暗号資産取引所を運営する会社』として知られ、最近では『ビットコインを保有している会社』というイメージが先行していました。しかし、リミックスポイント本来の強みは、新しいことに積極的にチャレンジする姿勢や、機動性にあります。今回、新規事業の立ち上げというタイミングに合わせ、イベントを通じて本来のリミックスポイントの姿をしっかりと市場に伝えていきたいと考えたことが大きな理由です。

専門知識の有無に関わらず、誰もが楽しく本質を理解できるような体験を、ブースを通じてお届けしていく方針です。
