Bitget Maintains 122% Reserve Ratio in August Proof of Reserves Report

Victoria, Seychelles, August 27, 2026 —
Bitget, the world's largest Universal Exchange (UEX), has published its latest Proof of Reserves (PoR), marking 45 consecutive monthly reports since the initiative was introduced in December 2022.
The August snapshot shows user holdings of 26,811 BTC, 123,688 ETH, 1,453,506,874 USDT, and 109,685,432 USDC. Compared with July, BTC holdings remained broadly unchanged, while ETH increased by 10%. USDT and USDC holdings decreased by 13% and 4%, respectively. Bitget's total reserve ratio remained at 122%.
Bitget continues to maintain reserves above the 1:1 benchmark across all tracked assets. The monthly report publishes reserve ratios and wallet balances alongside cryptographic attestations, allowing users to independently confirm that their assets are accounted for through Bitget's Merkle tree-based verification system. Anonymized identifiers enable users to verify inclusion without exposing personal information.

The August update extends Bitget's monthly disclosure program that has now run for 45 consecutive months. Proof of Reserves sits alongside Bitget's
Protection Fund, risk controls, and ongoing security monitoring as part of the platform's broader approach to safeguarding user assets.
As Bitget expands its Universal Exchange model across crypto, tokenized assets, and traditional financial markets, regular reserve disclosures provide users with a consistent way to verify the backing of assets held on the platform. Continued monthly PoR reporting keeps this information transparent and independently verifiable as Bitget's ecosystem grows.
