West Fraser Timber Enters New $500 Million Term Loan; Declares Quarterly Dividend

05:26 PM EDT, 09/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- West Fraser Timber (WFG) said late Wednesday it has entered into a new $500 million three-year term loan due September 2029, with proceeds partially used to retire its existing $300 million term loan due in 2028. The company said this loan is repayable at any time, in whole or in part, at its option and without penalty, but cannot be redrawn after payment. West Fraser also declared a quarterly dividend of $0.32 per share, payable on Oct. 19 to shareholders of record as of Sept. 29.
