Brightstar Lottery to Buy Back $395 Million of Euro-Denominated Senior Notes in Tender Offer

04:53 AM EDT, 09/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Brightstar Lottery (BRSL) has accepted to purchase the entire 342.2 million euros ($394.9 million) of its 2.375% senior secured notes due 2028 tendered in its 500-million-euro cash tender offer, the company said Wednesday. Settlement is expected Friday. Brightstar expects to fund the offer with part of the proceeds from its recently priced 500-million-euro offering of 4.875% senior secured notes due 2032, with settlement expected Thursday, the company said.
