- Francisco Partners IV sold 1.19 million Class A shares from Aug. 19 to Aug. 21 at weighted average prices near $3.50.
- Holdings fell to 1,161,584 Class A shares for Francisco Partners IV, 777,213 Class A shares for Francisco Partners IV-A.
- Francisco Partners IV retained 35,023,391 Class B shares, Francisco Partners IV-A held 17,554,793 Class B shares.
