- Cash fell to EUR 1.6 million; equity ratio dropped 5.9 percentage points to 49.6% and loan-to-value rose 12.1 percentage points to 60.4%.
- Board plans to propose a move to Nasdaq First North; Ovaro withdrew its 2026 earnings guidance and issued no new outlook.
